Payment Terms: Net 15 days upon completion of service. Limited Liability: Joe O. SCUBA and Joseph Ohama Sustainable Consulting, LLC (the parent company) will be limited to the liability of the total price of diving labor for the scope of the job.  Joe O. SCUBA will not be held liable failure, damages, or injury caused by misuse, negligence, or acts of God. Joe O. SCUBA is not responsible for failure due to design deficiencies in equipment or systems not specifically included in this agreement. Joe O. SCUBA reserves the right to postpone or cancel the job due to diver fatigue or safety concerns. The owner of the equipment serviced by the diver is responsible for the operation of the equipment and must insure that qualified personnel are provided for such operation. The owner agrees to report unusual condition to Joe O. SCUBA top side safety personnel and the diver. This agreement may be modified or amended only by written agreement of the parties.
